Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen

Welcome to our 8-day tour from Tangier!
We’ll begin in Tangier, where you’ll meet your friendly driver/guide.
Our journey takes us through the stunning Rif Mountains and Tetouan, heading toward the magical Blue City of Chefchaouen.
Wander the charming blue-washed streets, discover local crafts, and enjoy the delicious cuisine.
After a full day of exploration, we’ll head to the hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey by crossing the scenic Rif Mountains and heading into the Middle Atlas Mountains.
Our first stop will be the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis — the most important archaeological site in Morocco.
Next, we’ll travel to Meknes, once the imperial capital during the reign of Moulay Ismail.
Finally, we’ll make our way to Fes, where you can unwind and spend the evening relaxing at a traditional Riad or Hotel.
Day 3: Fes Sightseeing

After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey into the heart of Morocco’s spiritual capital — Fes.
This city is home to one of the world’s best-preserved medieval medinas, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We’ll wander through its winding alleys, discovering iconic landmarks like the Al Karaouine University — the oldest existing university in the world — as well as the colorful leather tanneries and the beautifully crafted Nejjarine Fountain.
To wrap up the day, we’ll head to a panoramic viewpoint to take in a breathtaking view of the city before returning to our Riad for a restful night.
Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Sahara Desert

After picking you up, we’ll begin our adventure toward the southeastern regions of Morocco.
Along the way, we’ll stop at some amazing places—starting with the beautiful town of Ifrane, also known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its alpine charm.
Next, we’ll head to Azrou and its nearby cedar forest, where you’ll get the chance to meet the playful wild monkeys in their natural habitat.

We’ll continue on to Midelt, then drive through winding mountain roads and the lush Ziz Valley all the way to the vast oases of Tafilalt.
Passing through towns like Erfoud and Rissani, we’ll eventually arrive in Merzouga.
At the end of the day, you’ll ride a camel into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi and settle into a desert camp.
Enjoy a magical night under the stars with traditional music played by a nomadic band.
Day 5: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

We’ll start our day early to catch the stunning sunrise over the desert dunes—a moment you won’t forget.
Afterward, we’ll ride the camels back to Merzouga where you can enjoy breakfast and a refreshing shower.

Next, we’ll head to Rissani, a town famous for its authentic old market, followed by a visit to Erfoud, known for its fossils and artisan workshops.
We’ll continue toward Tinghir to explore the breathtaking Todra Gorges, the highest and narrowest canyon in Morocco.

From there, we’ll make our way to the Dades Valley, admiring the unique “monkey toes” rock formations along the road.
We’ll end the day at a charming hotel where we’ll have dinner and spend the night.
Day 6: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast, we’ll leave Dades Valley and travel the famous “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” passing through Kalaat M’Gouna, known for its rose products.
We’ll make a quick stop before continuing to the Skoura Oasis and visiting the historic Kasbah of Amridil.

Our next stop is Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Morocco—featured in films like The Mummy, Gladiator, and The Last Temptation of Christ.
We’ll then explore the iconic Ksar Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most famous Kasbahs in the country.

Afterward, we’ll cross the scenic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass and arrive in Marrakech, where we’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night in a traditional Riad.
Day 7: Marrakech Sightseeing

After breakfast, we will go on a guided tour to explore the Red City. We will visit all the important landmarks and historical sites in Marrakech, such as the Souks, Majorelle Gardens, the Koranic School, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, and the Saadian Tombs.

We will have lunch near Jamaa El Fna, the famous square in the heart of Marrakech. After lunch, you will have free time to explore the city at your leisure.

Feel free to relax or continue your exploration before we meet again in the evening.
Day 8: Marrakech – Airport

The morning of the last day of our 8 Days Tour From Tangier is yours to explore Marrakech’s lovely streets before we arrange your transfer to the airport.
