Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fes

Welcome to our unforgettable 6-Day Tour from Tangier! Your journey begins with a warm welcome from your professional driver/guide.
We’ll head south through the scenic Rif Mountains and the charming city of Tetouan, making our way to the iconic Blue City of Chefchaouen.
Wander through its enchanting blue-washed alleys, discover local handcrafted art, and savor the flavors of traditional Moroccan cuisine.
After this magical experience, we continue to Fes, where we’ll settle in for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2: Discover Fes - Ifrane - Ceder Forest - Merzouga

Today, we dive into the rich history of Fez, one of the most culturally significant cities in Morocco and home to the largest medieval medina in the world.
Accompanied by an expert local guide, you’ll explore the labyrinthine alleys of the old city — a recognized UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We’ll uncover historical gems such as Al Qarawiyyin University, believed to be the oldest functioning university on earth, the colorful tanneries, and the vibrant traditional souks.

Following this cultural journey, we begin our scenic drive toward the southeast of Morocco.
Our first destination is Ifrane, often referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco due to its unique alpine architecture and clean, mountain air.
Next, we continue to Azrou and its famous cedar forest, where we may encounter wild Barbary monkeys roaming freely among ancient trees.

Afterward, we pass through Midelt, a town nestled between the Middle and High Atlas Mountains, before journeying across the breathtaking Ziz Valley — a region known for its vast palm groves and dramatic landscapes.
On the way, we explore desert gateway towns like Erfoud and Rissani, rich in fossils and local culture.
Finally, we arrive in Merzouga, on the edge of the Sahara Desert, where you’ll check into a welcoming Riad or desert lodge in preparation for your desert adventure.
Day 3: Merzouga Desert And Camel Trekking

After breakfast, our day in Merzouga begins with cultural discovery and desert adventure.
We’ll start by visiting a local village known for its vibrant Gnawa music, performed by descendants of former slaves from Sudan. Enjoy their powerful rhythms and spiritual songs that reflect centuries of tradition.

Next, we’ll head to the tranquil Merzouga lake — a seasonal haven for migratory birds like flamingos and ducks, offering a peaceful contrast to the golden sands.

We’ll also stop to meet a group of local nomadic families who’ve set up shop in the area, offering a unique insight into the traditional desert lifestyle.

As the day winds down, we’ll embark on an unforgettable camel trek across the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Witness the stunning sunset as we ride to a desert camp nestled among the dunes.
There, we’ll spend the night under a sky full of stars, enjoying traditional food and live music from a nomadic Berber band around the campfire — a magical Sahara experience.
Day 4: Merzouga- Todra Valley - Ouarzazate

We’ll rise early to witness the magical sunrise over the Sahara dunes, a moment of pure serenity you’ll never forget.
Afterward, we return by camel trek to the village of Merzouga for breakfast and a refreshing shower.

Our journey continues to Rissani, a historic trading town known for its ancient souk and traditional atmosphere.
We’ll then visit Erfoud, a place famous for its fossils and geological wonders.

Next, we head toward the breathtaking Todra Gorges near Tinghir, where we’ll explore the tallest and narrowest canyon in Morocco — a paradise for climbers and nature lovers.

We then drive to the picturesque Dades Valley, known for its surreal landscape and the unique rock formations called the “Monkey Fingers”.

Continuing along the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, we pass through Kelaat M’Gouna, the Valley of Roses, where we’ll stop briefly to enjoy local rose-based products.
We then travel through the lush Skoura Oasis and visit the beautiful Kasbah of Amridil — a well-preserved example of traditional southern Moroccan architecture.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Ouarzazate, often called the Hollywood of Africa for its famous film studios and movie locations featured in epic films like The Mummy, Gladiator, and The Last Temptation of Christ.
You’ll spend the night in a comfortable hotel, reflecting on the day’s incredible sights.
Day 5: Ouarzazate - Ait Benhadou - Marrakech

After breakfast, we’ll begin our day exploring Ouarzazate, including a visit to the impressive Kasbah of Taourirt, a striking example of Moroccan architecture and history.

Next, we’ll journey to Ait Benhaddou, the largest and most famous Kasbah in Morocco, proudly listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Our adventure continues as we cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass, offering breathtaking panoramic views.

Finally, we arrive in Marrakech, where you’ll enjoy a restful night in a charming traditional Riad nestled in the heart of the city.
Day 6: Marrakech – Airport

On the final morning of your 6-Day Tour from Tangier, enjoy some free time to wander and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakech’s charming streets at your own pace.

When you're ready, we will arrange your transfer to the airport.
