On this desert tour from Fes 2 days / 1 night, we will travel to across the middle Atlas mountains with small towns and charming ski resorts, and the valley of Ziz with 1000 palm trees, then we reach Merzouga where we will spend a night in the desert of Erg Chebbi.

Itinerary:

DAY 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Erfoud – Merzouga

Welcome to our 2 Days tour from Fes. After we meet up, we leave Fez and head to Moroccan Switzerland Ifrane and the cedar forest where we will see monkeys climbing the trees, after we drive to Midelt where we stop to have Lunch. And in the afternoon we will head to Merzouga across Errachidia and the 1000 Palm trees of Ziz valley. We will continue our tour after that to the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi where we will find our camels waiting for us, here we will ride the camels in order to spend our night at the desert camp under the stars.

DAY 2: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Fes

We wake up early to see the sunrise and after breakfast we will start our journey back to Fes via the huge palm grove of Tafilalet through Rissani, where we stop a bit to visit the traditional Souk (Market) which is considered the largest in all of the Southern Morocco. Then to Erfoud which is famous for its fossilized marbles, we stop again to visit the workshops. After that we continue our trip to Fes across the middle atlas mountains via Michlefn forest, arrive to Fes and check into your traditional Riad / Hotel
